According to the book the green men of mars have no finger nails... Ofcourse, everyone in the book also walk around fully nude except for a few cloaks here and there so whatever =P

THANKS, especially because this was a last minute "gotta get this in yesterday" type of job. :-) Sometimes the less you think about something and rely more on instinct the better the results. I winged this one without much forethought at all and was pretty happy with the result. I'm glad you like it!

Recently saw the Frazetta "Painting with Fire" and amazed that he'd churn paintings out in an evening. Then again, like you, he had decades of experience to instinctively know what would work. Maybe this was one of those pieces (was cool to see you in the Painting with Fire flic too!)
