Quick question! I know it's kind of inane too, but I'll ask anyway. Where is her other arm? I keep looking at the picture and the question keeps popping out at me. I love the dynamic and the colours, but I keep looking for the arm.

Few little things: The right thigh looks a bit too thin compared to the left, might be just me though. The hand that grips his leg looks awkward, a little flat if you ask me. And I kind of miss her second arm xD
Thanks! As I mentioned on Facebook, people who don't know the books but only the Frazetta and St. John paintings don't realize that Barsoom has a nine color spectrum as opposed to our seven. You can go a bit crazy with the color every now and again. Whelan got it right when he painted his covers, as did Richard Hescox with his Carson of Venus paintings.
