Oh, man. I found this two weeks ago in one of the clearance bins at Half Price Books (it was in great shape). I think I'll open a wing in a museum of my devising called "Ideas that Came Up Short". And strangely, for a comic that came out in 1991, don't you think the outfit is a tad 80's?

What DID happen to her? I saw her a coupe oftimes on MTV's Dance Club and in a couple of Playboy Lingerie Specials. Anything else happen to her?

After her music/comic career flopped, She appeared in a Joey Buttafuoco music video as a Amy Fisher look-a-like in 1995 which pretty much destroyed any creditability of her as a serious entertainer. She drifted from posing nude for playboy and appearing in low budget cheese flicks towards the late 90s and where she disappeared altogether for the next decade until recently. She turned up with a arrest record in Florida in 2008 with burglary, intimation, domestic violence and a host of other charges. At the age of 42, she gained weight and a boob job and currently living in Miami doing online nudie cam shows. Occupation aside, physically, she looks like hell and there's no doubt either drugs or alcohol or a combination of both were involved. Really a sad sight to see someone like her wasted who started out with such promise and talent.

Terrible. I met her at Marvel when I did the cover. Not the friendliest person with a very "I'm special, I'm a star" attitude. Wasn't she in Tromeo and Juliet as well? Shame to hear her life took such a turn. The entertainment business has left countless women like her in a heap.

Yep. She appeared as topless bimbo in Tromeo for about a minute or so. I remember her appearing in various media outlets touting her music back then and you know what? She could actually sing. Though, there's no one here to blame but herself. Her own lack of good judgment and bad decision making lead to her predicament. If you want to take a gander how she bad looks now, she has a Facebook profile you can check under her name.

My cover painting was used for the CD and cassette covers, so I have her album. Not horrible by any means, but nondescript dance music of the era.

LOL, I've never heard an artist actually say the comic they did the work for was abominable! It must have been REALLY bad.

Great work, I love the little tabby (I've had three tabbies, just got the third a year ago).
