Since the last embarrassing photo went over so well I figured "What the Hell?" That's me in the Cap suit on the cover, circa 1982. While the flash makes it look as if we're "dropped in" the picture, rest assured we were on the roof of Marvel Comics running around on VERY slippery tar paper! The things I did to insure I got work in those days! LOL
I remember this cover as a kid! Wow! I thought it was so cool that there was a "live-action" comic book cover and even hoped that this meant that someday there would be a full live-action issue of Spider-man.
To think how "realistic" this cover looks today. Ahem.
Oh crap I guess you could run for public office now that all those embarrassing photos are out in the public..of course who would vote for you...was that you in the Captain American movie? If so, I sorry Joe, but I can't vote for you...thanks for sharing this fact
OMG! That was you?! I still got the comic book but somehow your name didn't register. Probably 'cause I haven't read it in like 10 years or so. Great physique.
Thank you for clarifying you weren't superimposed. Spidey's enhanced web lines didn't help in the realism of the picture though.
I used to have this comic... back when they made an 'event' out of assistant-editor's month and found excuses to take chances or do something crazy... I had forgotten that was you. Good times. Good times.
